What is the theme?
The theme for the 2025 competition is: “Growth.”
This theme invites teenagers to capture evolution and transformation in all their forms. It echoes the complex transition from childhood to adulthood, marked by discoveries, challenges, and changes—both internal and external. Participants are encouraged to explore themes of identity, nature, emotions, and personal growth while offering an authentic perspective on their own journey or that of those around them.
What can be submitted?
Participants must submit four images. The works must be entirely conceived and created by the young photographers without any external assistance (except for technical support and educational guidance).
The authors (or their legal guardians) grant the organizer the right to use the selected works as part of the event and to exhibit them. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in editing photos or writing the series descriptions is strictly prohibited. However, Photoshop is allowed.
Judging Criteria:
- The photo series must be created between 2024 and 2025.
- A series consists of four photographs connected by a common idea.
- The theme should be clearly conveyed through the series title and description.
- Aesthetic quality, technical skill, and originality will be evaluated.
- While jury members will primarily assess artistic expression and individuality, technical execution will also be considered as an integral part of the work.

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners will receive:
- A series of masterclasses led by photography experts.
- The printing of their works on Hahnemühle paper at the fine art printing studio D-Images.
